This dealership's service department is excellent. I was in town to see my Mom for Thanksgiving when my 2019 Tuscon's check engine light came on. They were able to fit me in on a busy day, got my car diagnosed, and repaired in just a couple hours. Part of the repairs were even done under warranty. Overall a decent experience, but I've had better. Salesman was friendly and helpful, but sales mgr and finance mgr had limited engagement with me. Paperwork and review time was limited and I should have slowed the process down to examine the docs in detail. People in service department were very nice. Nice enough waiting room w/ WiFi and snacks. A warranty service that was supposed to take 1 hour ended up taking 2 hours, however. I also was considering buying a new car there, but they didn't have new or used models I was interested in on the lot. I did find out that they automatically add $1230 to the MRSP for some kind of insurance (which the salesperson said protects against damage on their lot???) and for door guards. It seems that is not negotiable.

Bought my first car from here today and Kim is amazing. She put no pressure on buying a car when I first walked in, we agreed on waiting and saving money for a down payment to get my monthly payments lower. She checked on me every so often and then the day came to sign. She made sure I was okay with everything, no pressure added and that i had no questions before leaving in the car. Stopped in to check out Hyundai's. Was interested until was told that every vehicle had added dealer costs for door guards & stenciling @ $1000. Said I didn't want those items & was told it is, automatically put on all vehicles that come in. Sales person did not really know their cars or did, & did not want to disclose info I already knew. I would not buy there for those reasons. With the price of cars going through the roof & flying off the lot why price gouge.

As far as buying a car goes it was painless. Kim was great and we were able to have fun while getting the deal done. Thanks
