I was in the car business for nearly two decades, some of that time as a GM. Even with that background, since leaving the business, car buying has never been pleasant. The folks at Giambalvo were different, straightforward, honest, efficient. The new Hyundai we just bought was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Our salesman, Erik B. was terrific. My wife and I had a tremendous experience buying our brand new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid at Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover. Whatever you do, ask for Terry! She makes the entire process incredibly easy. We had an appointment at 12PM, test drove the vehicle, asked some questions, negotiated for the vehicle, and were out and in our new car before 3:30PM. Compared to my other buying experiences, it was very quick and efficient. We are so in love with our new vehicle and we are very happy that we had the Terry to help us along with the way!

Purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from Terry at Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover. Throughout the whole process, she was attentive, professional, and consistently communicated every detail about vehicle availability and options. She made the process super simple and took time to teach us all of the features of the vehicle and how to set up and use many of the technology features. We had been looking at SUV's for sometime and compared several in the class of the Palisade. Hands down, there is not one SUV in the Palisade class that matches it for the money and the warranty. We spoke with Terry numerous times and she always notified us when new colors came in so we could look at them vs relying on viewing colors online. She was never pushy, always answered our questions and kept the communication where it needed to be.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff terry our salesperson meshed with us right away, Joe the financial guru actually stepped out from behind the computer in his office and came out and spoke to us not just about financial stuff but everyday things, life in general. When the internet went down and we had to go back to complete the transaction not only did they treat us well but they bought snacks for and gave my 9 year old daughter gifts. Very positive experience with the whole team here highly recommend
